For over 30 years, sustainability and biodiversity have been central to their approach, long before these practices were mainstream. They prioritize soil health and vitality, avoiding herbicides and pesticides, and instead, they plant cover crops, use high trellises to reduce fungal problems, and apply natural fertilizers.
