Pratello Torrazzo is a captivating wine that hails from the morainic hills of Lake Garda in Lombardy, Italy. This vineyard enjoys an ideal exposure and constant ventilation that allows for perfect ripeness. After harvesting the grapes, a cold maceration occurs for a short period followed by fermentation for 15/18 days at 22/24°C and malolactic conversion. The wine is then aged in stainless steel for 6 months and spends a further 3 months in bottle prior to release. The resultant wine is red-fruited, medium-bodied and gently tannic.
