Popova Kula Cabernet Sauvignon Perfect Choice is a dry red wine with firm tannins and lean acidity along with notes of blackcurrant, blueberry and bell pepper. It is produced by Popova Kula Winery, located in the Tikves wine region of North Macedonia. The wine is made from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the winery's own vineyards. The winemaking process involves maturation in four different types of oak, French, American, Hungarian and Macedonian for 12 months. This is a good choice for regular Cabernet Sauvignon drinkers seeking a lighter style of their favorite grape for casual drinking.
