Husni
Single varietal grape, often blended with others, is prized for its earthy character. The barman's affection for this wine stems from his home country, and I was tasked with sampling it. Its earthy undertones are balanced by steady tannins, making it a satisfying pick for sipping. Pairing it with Ecuadorian grilled skirt steak proved to be a successful combination. The wine's earthy charm won over my palate, and I was pleased to return to it.
