WINE DESCRIPTION
Pierre Sparr Réserve Pinot Blanc is a refined expression of Alsatian winemaking. Produced by Maison Pierre Sparr succ., this wine hails from meticulously selected parcels between Sigolsheim and Obernai in the Alsace region. The grapes are hand-harvested in small 100 kg containers to prevent oxidation and swiftly transported to the winery. The juice undergoes cold settling before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 18°C and 20°C for about a month. This meticulous process ensures the wine’s stability and quality before bottling. The result is a beautifully balanced Pinot Blanc with delicate notes of apple and pear, a crisp acidity, and a smooth, elegant finish. Pierre Sparr Réserve Pinot Blanc exemplifies the tradition and precision of Alsatian viticulture, offering a delightful and versatile wine for any occasion.
