Pierre Sparr Pinot Gris 2021

Pierre Sparr Pinot Gris is a refined expression of Alsace winemaking, crafted by the renowned Maison Pierre Sparr. The grapes are sourced from meticulously selected parcels between Sigolsheim and Obernai, benefiting from the region's calcareous soils. Harvested manually in 100 kg containers and swiftly delivered to the winery to prevent oxidation, the grapes retain their pristine quality. The juice undergoes cold settling and ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 18°C and 20°C for about a month. The wine is then stabilized and carefully monitored both analytically and gustatively before bottling. Pierre Sparr Pinot Gris is characterized by its balanced structure, elegant fruit flavors, and a crisp, refreshing finish, making it a versatile and delightful choice for any occasion.
