WINE DESCRIPTION
The Klostersatz vineyard in Oberloiben, situated beneath the Kellerberg and Schütt slopes, is known for its eroded primary rock soil, brown earth, and Danube alluvial sand. This Grüner Veltliner undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is aged in stainless steel, staying on the full lees until just before bottling.

This wine presents a complex nose of melon, mirabelle plum, apple, and woodruff, with a touch of exotic lychee, pink pepper, and white stone.The palate reveals a juicy texture with delicate waxiness, alongside flavors of green tea and ringlot plums. A fine mineral backbone and fresh acidity drive the wine to a powerful, elegant finish. A distinctive and natural interpretation of the Wachau terroir.
