WINE DESCRIPTION

Peter Zemmer Riesling is a refreshing, dry white wine hailing from the appellation of Alto Adige in Northern Italy. The naturally aromatic Riesling grape is sourced from calcareous-rich soils located on the valley floor. The grapes are destemmed and pressed before being transferred from the press for the alcoholic fermentation to commence with the help of temperature control vessels. Wine is fermented to dryness before undergoing a period of maturation for a short period in inert vessels to harmonise the flavors prior to bottling.
