Galatea
The 2018 vintage offered a rich, full-bodied pleasure with notes of oak, vanilla, and stone, even as a hint of yellow caramel added substance and complexity. The wine's full-mouth mark was in particular appealing, making it a distinguished in the category. Tasted during September 2021, the 2018 vintage was a notable achievement, with a score of 92/100. However, I believe the price point of $100 is excessive, and I would recommend the 2021 vintage for a more reasonable price.
