WINE DESCRIPTION
Pepperwood Grove Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes that are sourced from all over California. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, before being fermented in inert vessels at cooler temperatures with the focus on lighter tannin extraction and retention of fruit flavors. The wines are matured for a period in oak to further round out the mouthfeel and contribute aromas of sweet spices.
