WINE DESCRIPTION
Pelter Blanc de Blanc is a traditional method sparkling wine produced from Chardonnay grapes, hailing from the Golan Heights in Israel. The vineyards are located in the Galilee and on the southwestern slopes of Mount Hermon. The grapes are harvested by hand early in the growing season to preserve acidity and fresh fruit flavors. After undergo a first fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine is bottled and fermented for a second time in bottle to give delicate yeasty notes and a soft, creamy mousse.
