WINE DESCRIPTION
Peirano Estate's The Heritage Collection Petite Sirah hailing from Lodi in California's Central Valley. The grapes are harvested and sorted manually to ensure the fruit used for this wine is in perfect condition. In order to maximise extraction and create a rich, intensely concentrated wine, Peirano Estate uses a rotary fermenter, which constantly mixes the skins with the juice. After fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to French and American oak barrels which adds touches of oak to the opulent dark fruit profile.
