WINE DESCRIPTION

Peachy Canyon Zinfandel Mustard Creek is a full-bodied red wine produced from a blend of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah. The grapes are sourced from the Adelaida District of Paso Robles from the estate-owned Mustard Creek Vineyard. The grapes are harvested, crushed and fermented separately before being matured in oak barrels to enhance the wine's complexity and depth. The resulting wine is blended before being bottled ready for release.

This Peachy Canyon Zinfandel Mustard Creek has an intense ruby-purple color with thick tearing that stains the glass, indicating a wine of significant weight and extraction.On the nose, it has a rich, ripe and jammy dark fruit aromas that are complemented by an underlying hint of spicy oak. On the palate, the fruit is juicy and concentrated, with notes of black plum and blackberry. These fruits are accompanied by hints of dark chocolate and licorice. The tannins are firm and present, providing a velvety texture to the wine.
