For four generations, the Pillot family has been cultivating vineyards on the clay and limestone-rich hills around Chassagne-Montrachet. Today, they own approximately 13 hectares of vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet and manage parcels in Santenay, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Meursault, Volnay, and Beaune. Annually, around 75,000 bottles of red and white wine are produced. Thierry Pillot upholds the highest standards, focusing on delicately expressing each vineyard’s terroir in every bottle. Their wines capture the unique characteristics of each location, highlighting the family’s dedication to quality and tradition in one of Burgundy’s most renowned regions.
