CrossBarn Cabernet Sauvignon is the product of veteran winemaker Paul Hobbs. Made from fruit grown across selected sites in the Sonoma Valley, where the sunny climate with ocean proximity results in ripe, but fresh wines. The winemaking process involves restrained use of new oak, adding subtle cedar notes while allowing the fruit quality to shine. The resulting wine shows forward notes of blackberry, chocolate, and graphite with a generous but not heavy palate and balanced acidity.
