WINE DESCRIPTION
Pasquale Pelissero Pasqualin Langhe Nebbiolo is sourced from a small 3.7-acre plot located in the Langhe hills, in Northwest Italy. The vineyards are planted in the village of Neive on southwest facing clay-limestone soil. The vinification involves soft pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, before undergoing a period of maturation in large french oak casks for around 12 months to soften the characteristically tannic and austere Nebbiolo grape.
