WINE DESCRIPTION

Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine Hey French You Could Have Made This But You Didn't is a unique wine made by the Pasqua family in the northeast of Italy. The wine is made from the local Garganega grape combined with Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc all grown on hillside vineyards that live over 500m above sea level. All of the grapes are given a short period of time in contact with the skins to add some phenolic texture to the mid-palate. and create a perfect balance between richness and freshness. Despite the playful name, this is a very serious design.
