The 45 Rugientes red wine from Bodega Otronia originates from pure Pinot Noir grapes grown in vineyards in Patagonia, specifically in the Sarmiento area. Only 50% of the grapes are destemmed and fermented with carbonic maceration in concrete tanks. The wine then ages for 14 months in French oak barrels. It exhibits a bright ruby red color with violet highlights. The nose expresses aromas of cherries, strawberries, and spicy, mineral notes. The palate is dry and moderately structured, with an elegant finish. Ideal for pairing with charcuterie appetizers, steamed, and grilled red meats.
