WINE DESCRIPTION
Opolo Petite Sirah is a made from grapes that are handpicked and destemmed. The berries are crushed and fermented in stainless steel fermentation vessels as well as small open top fermenters. After the fermentation, the wine is gently pressed and racked to barrel for around a year to finesse the tannins and gain added complexity.

This full-bodied Opolo Petite Sirah has an inky purple appearance.It offers aromas of ripe plums, blackberries with notes of dark chocolate and pepper. On the palate, the smooth tannins provide a pleasing structure, while the finish round, and persistent with a focus on dense dark fruit and spice.
