Olivini Lugana Bianco is a mineral-driven, dry, unoaked white wine hailing from the Lugana region of Lombardy. The wine is crafted using the delicately aromatic Turbiana grape variety, also known as Trebbiano di Lugana. The grapes are manually harvested, gently pressed before being fermented at cool temperatures in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. The wine is matured for a short period on its lees in inert vessels to retain purity of fruit prior to its release. This wine is perfect as an aperitif or pairs well with a range of fish, vegetable, poultry and veal dishes.
