Antichi Poderi Jerzu 'Marghìa' Cannonau di Sardegna is the estate's top Cannonau, or Grenache as it is more commonly known. The vineyards are located on the island of Sardinia coming from old vines. They are planted at around 500 metres above sea level which helps offset the heat and retain freshness during the warm growing season. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel vats. Ageing took place in a combination of stainless steel and large Slavonian oak barrels for around 12 months to further develop the mouthfeel.
