WINE DESCRIPTION
This wine comes from over 20-year-old, low-growing vines situated on stony and gravelly limestone soils with a southeast exposure. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by 10 to 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. The red wine showcases a ruby hue. On the nose, cinnamon and licorice blend with aromas of red fruits. The palate reveals a vibrant character with subtle roasted notes, good length, and generosity. The perfect serving temperature is between 16 and 18°C. It can be cellared for five to ten years.
