WINE DESCRIPTION
Neal Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the Howell Mountain appellation, known for its high elevation and volcanic soils. Following harvest, the grapes are fermented in inert, temperature controlled vessels at warm temperatures to increase the extraction of tannins. The maturation takes place for a little under 2 years in proportion of new French oak.
