WINE DESCRIPTION
Nasiakos Dry Red is made exclusively from the indigenous Agiorgitiko (St George). The vineyard that supplies the grapes for this wine is sourced from Nasiakos’ vineyards in Nemea, situated at over 2,700 feet elevation. This high altitude location prolongs the growing season and delays harvest time, ensuring slowing sugar accumulation in the grapes. Nasiakos is a family-owned winery overseen by Leonidas Nasiakos, the second generation winemaker. This wine was created to showcase the character of Agiorgitiko without the heavy imprint of oak maturation.
