They are a certified organic wine grower, meaning they eschew the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. The wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that have spent around 2 months in French oak to develop flavors of sweet spice and vanilla that perfectly complements the dark fruit profile.
