The Domaine Morey-Coffinet, nestled in Chassagne-Montrachet, encompasses eight and a half hectares of vineyards. It emerged from the merger of the estates of Marc Morey and Fernand Coffinet. While most vineyards are situated in Chassagne-Montrachet, including the prestigious 1er Crus La Romanée, En Remilly, and Les Caillerets, there are also parcels in Puligny-Montrachet and Bâtard-Montrachet. The vines are cultivated using organic practices (certified), and the wines undergo aging in oak barrels, with up to 60% new wood depending on the vintage and cuvée.
