WINE DESCRIPTION
Miner California Viognier are produced from grapes sourced from California. The grapes are harvested and pressed off into stainless steel vats where they are fermented to allow the vibrant, tropical and stone fruit characteristics of this varietal to shine. The wine is aged for a short period in inert vessel to homogenise the final blend creating an overall harmony.

Miner’s California Viognier is a fruit-forward, varietally-expressive white wine, offering aromas of apricot, white peach and jasmine.The palate is full and oily with notes of ripe stone fruit, with a bright acidity. The finish is round and fruity with hints of jasmine and honeysuckle.
