WINE DESCRIPTION
The Rovereto Gavi is a white wine produced from the Cortese variety by Italian winemaker Michele Chiarlo. Located in Piedmont, in the north-west region of Italy, these vineyards are situated on hillsides with a unique microclimate that allows for the production of high-quality grapes.
On arrival at the winery, a portion of the grapes are subjected to cold pressing to obtain the perfect expression of the specific aromas. Soft pressing and fermentation at a temperature between 16 and 18°C. The wines is aged for at least 5 months on its yeast in steel tanks before bottling.
The resulting wine is crisp, refreshing, and elegant, with notes of citrus and white flowers.
