WINE DESCRIPTION
Michael Pozzan Chardonnay was produced from grapes sourced from the Sonoma Coast. This viticultural region is characterized by cooling oceanic breezes coming off the Pacific Ocean that slow the ripening of the grapes and help retain acidity and freshness. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested, pressed, fermented and matured in French oak barrels to add complexity and roundness to the wine. The result is a vibrant, oaky wine with notes of stone and tropical fruit.
