Mengoba Mencia is a standout wine from Bierzo, crafted from old, high-altitude vineyards, with vines around 80 years old. This limited-production wine, with only about 4,000 bottles annually, reflects the dedication and vision behind the project. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before undergoing fermentation in large foudres, where both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place.
