WINE DESCRIPTION
McNab Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense, full-bodied wine that encompasses the typical style of American west coast Cabernet. The grapes are harvested from across three different sites at a high level of ripeness with the aim of producing decadently rich and unctuously textured wines. The wines are fermented in temperature controlled vats with lengthy skin contact to fully extract the plush tannins and intense character of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine is aged in a combination of french and american oak for almost 2 years to acquire notes of sweet baking spices and vanilla.
The result is a wine that is rich, full-bodied, and beautifully balanced with bold flavors of dark fruit and velvety tannins.
