Maysara Winery and Momtazi Vineyard are dedicated to capturing the true essence of their land, ensuring premium quality in every bottle. Utilizing low-impact, holistic farming methods, their Demeter certified Biodynamic vineyard embodies this commitment. In the cellar, Biodynamic winemaking practices create wines of intensity and elegance, maintaining a natural harmony between fruit and earth. The winemaking process involves 100% native yeast fermentation and malolactic fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, with filtration but no fining. The Momtazis uniquely hold vintages until fully evolved, allowing each to mature on its own timeline.
