WINE DESCRIPTION
Maysara 3° Pinot Noir is produced by Maysara Winery, a biodynamically certified estate located in the McMinnville, Oregon. The grapes are sourced from estate vineyards. The wines are fermented using native yeasts to retain a sense of place and minimise the need for additions or intervention during the winemaking process. Maturation takes place in neutral French oak over a period of around 9 months to round out the tannins without masking the vibrancy of fruit or the expression of site.

Maysara 3° Pinot Noir displays a pale to medium ruby color.On the nose, the ripe red berries aromas of cherries, strawberries and raspberries leap from the glass. These notes are accompanied by subtle floral and spicy layers. The palate is well-balanced showing a fine overall harmony. The medium body and silky tannins provide a smooth texture, helping to contrast the flavors of red fruits. The finish is relatively persistent, leaving a pleasant impression of fruit and spice.
