WINE DESCRIPTION
Maryhill Moscato di Canelli is a pure, unoaked varietally expressive dry white. After harvesting and pressing the grapes, the wine is fermented in stainless steel vessels at low temperatures to retain fruit purity and express varietal character. The wine is aged for for a further period in inert vessels to harmonise the flavors without imparting oak spice or masking the lifted aromatic character of the grape.
