WINE DESCRIPTION
Maryhill Merlot is made from hand-harvested grapes picked during the cool hours of the morning to preserve bright fruit notes. Each lot underwent a pre-fermentation cold soak before a long alcoholic fermentation to dryness. The wine was then barrel aged for about 20 months in a combination of new French and American oak before being bottled for release.

The flavors of black fruits are complemented by notes of dark chocolate and a touch of spice, adding and depth to the wine.
With its full body, Maryhill Merlot has soft and supple tannins are, contributing to the wine's smooth and elegant character. It has a moderate acidity that provides freshness and on the ripe, fruity finish.
