WINE DESCRIPTION
Mars and Venus is a fruity, soft and approachable Cabernet Sauvignon wine from Chile's Central Valley. Grapes are machine harvested from all over the large overarching Central Valley, a region that experiences warm temperatures, ensuring varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon are able to ripen reliably every year. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless vats with the aim of producing a moderately tannic wine that is accessible and ready to drink on release.

Mars and Venus Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby to purple color.The nose exhibits classic varietal character with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, and green bell pepper, accompanied by hints of crushed mint. The palate has a medium level of firm tannins and a good balance of acidity with flavors of ripe black fruits, such as blackcurrants and plums, dominate the palate, while vegetal notes that carry on the medium length finish.
