WINE DESCRIPTION
Manos Negras Pinot Noir Red Soil Select is grown in iron rich clay soils located on a river bank that are very low in organic material which produces naturally low yields. Grapes undergo a gentle de-stemming and cold soak to help extract color and increase the aromatic intensity. This follows a whole berry fermentation with natural yeasts with extensive punching down to extract tannins before aging in old French oak with the aim of producing a silky wine bursting with ripe red fruit.

The Manos Negras Pinot Noir Red Soil Select has a vibrant red color with a nose of ripe red cherries, strawberries, and raspberries intertwine with subtle floral notes with a hint of earthiness.The palate exhibits flavors of red fruit notes that are complemented by a touch of spice, adding depth and complexity to the wine. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a smooth and silky texture whilst the crisp acidity contributes a refreshing and lively mouthfeel.
