This Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes grown in the Central Coast AVA’s Hames Valley, where cool ocean breezes, dry days, and foggy mornings provide an extended growing season. These conditions produce richly flavored grapes with vibrant acidity. Harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes underwent stainless steel fermentation to preserve their pure fruit character. After completing malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine was aged for 12 months, adding depth and complexity. The result is a bold, well-balanced Cabernet with forward fruit flavors, smooth tannins, and a touch of oak, making it a versatile choice for any occasion.
