WINE DESCRIPTION
Majella The Malleea is a highly sought-after wine that showcases the best of Australian winemaking. Produced in the renowned Coonawarra appellation, this wine is only produced in the most outstanding vintages. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes are partially barrel fermented to promote oak integration and further matured for 18 months in barrels. Only when the wine is complete are the best barrels selected and blended to produce this wine. The wine is bursting with notes of blackcurrant, peppermint, coffee, and chocolate with a matching generosity of body and well-integrated tannins. This is high quality, age-worthy wine that is not often found outside of its domestic market. It represents excellent value internationally in addition to being highly drinkable.
