Maison Saleya Côtes de Provence Rosé is a quintessential dry Provence Rosé skillfully blended with Grenache and Cinsault sourced from vineyards influenced by the sun-soaked Mediterranean coast and granite-schist soils. Crafted by Maison Saleya, this rosé is born from the renowned Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence region, where the terroir is marked by abundant sunshine, tempered by the iconic Mistral winds. The prime plots, characterized by granitic, schisty soils, and proximity to the ocean, instill exceptional character in the grapes. Following meticulous sorting and destemming, cold maceration lasts up to a full day, preserving the fruity aromas. The controlled fermentation at 62.6°F takes up to seven days. Reflecting Provence tradition, each grape variety undergoes separate vinification, culminating in a harmonious blend where Grenache contributes subtle red fruit richness, and Cinsault imparts freshness and balance.
