WINE DESCRIPTION
Main Street Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes sourced from Lake County, Monterey County and Santa Barbara County. Following harvest, the grapes are fermented in inert vessels to retain the bright fruit flavors with gentle extraction to produce an easy-going style. The wines are aged for a period in French and American oak to lend a sweet spice character to the dark fruit.
