WINE DESCRIPTION
M. Chapoutier Domaine de Bila-Haut V.I.T Côtes du Roussillon Villages is mostly composed of Grenache Noir with around a third of Syrah. Whilst the grapes for this wine are sourced from France's Southwest region of Roussillon, the legendary vigneron Michel Chapoutier built his reputation as one of the finest winemakers and influential biodynamic proponents in the Rhone Valley. The grapes are typically hand harvested before being crushed and fermented in inert vessels. The wine is finally matured in barrels for around 18 months prior to its release.

Domaine de Bila-Haut V.I.T (Visitare Interiore Terrae) showcases a medium ruby color in the glass. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of ripe dark fruits, such as blackberries and plums, intertwined with subtle hints of spices and earthy undertones. Upon tasting, the V.I.T reveals a harmonious balance between fruit concentration and firm structure provided by the well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity. The wine's medium to full body and round texture provides a satisfying mouthfeel. The finish is persistent culminating on savory and spicy notes.
