Bodegas Luzón, a prominent winery in the Jumilla region of Spain, produces the Colección Monastrell Roble. This red wine, crafted from Monastrell grapes, benefits from the region’s rugged terrain and Mediterranean climate. The winemaking process involves manual and mechanical harvesting, followed by fermentation and maceration with skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for some months in French and American oak barrels, developing subtle notes of vanilla and spice.
