WINE DESCRIPTION
The Dragon symbolizes bravery, and this artwork was the final creation of our beloved Gianni Gallo, in line with his aspirations. Langhe DOC Bianco Dragon by Luigi Baudana is a unique field blend of white varieties grown side by side in Piedmont. Dragon grapes, the most precious, are harvested first each year. Fermentation takes place in vertical vats over 7-15 days, followed by aging in stainless-steel tanks until spring, allowing the wine to reach full harmony. It offers a pale yellow color, dry aromas of stone, flowers, and grass, a slightly savory and fresh taste with warm undertones, defining our Langhe Bianco.
