WINE DESCRIPTION

Lucien Boillot & Fils Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru 'Les Corbeaux' hails from the village of Gevrey-Chambertin located in the Côtes de Nuits. The Pinot Noir grapes are sourced from old vines planted on the 'Les Corbeaux' vineyard. Everything is harvested by hand and vinified at the estate located in Gevrey-Chambertin. Grapes are typically de-stemmed before the fermentation takes place in a combination of enamel and stainless steel. The wine is matured in around a third new oak barrels for roughly 16 to 18 months.
