WINE DESCRIPTION
Louis Latour Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru 'Les Suchots' comes from a plot that sits just north of "Romanée Saint-Vivant" and "La Romanée Conti". The grapes are hand harvested and crushed. Fermentation takes place in traditional in open vats before the wines are aged for around a year in oak barrels, produced by their own coopers.
