WINE DESCRIPTION
Louis Latour Savigny-les-Beaune Blanc is made entirely from Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested and pressed before being fermented in oak barrels to give the wine extra depth and textural complexity. The wine is matured for roughly 8 to 10 months in oak barrels, a small percentage of which are new, to add gentle sweet spice to the citrus fruit flavors.
