WINE DESCRIPTION
Louis Latour Echézeaux Grand Cru is a produced from low yielding Pinot Noir fruit sourced from the village of Flagey-Echezeaux in Burgundy. After hand harvesting the grapes, the berries are destemmed and crushed before undergoing a fermentation in traditional open vats. The wines are then aged for roughly one year in new oak barrels that are made by their in-house coopers.
