WINE DESCRIPTION
Louis Latour Corton Grand Cru Clos de la Vigne au Saint is produced using low yielding Pinot Noir. The grapes are hand harvested before being destemmed and fermented in traditional in open vats. The wines are then aged for roughly 10 to 12 months in french oak barrels, a proportion of which are new to add extra depth and complexity.
