WINE DESCRIPTION
Louis Jadot Saint-Romain is a Chardonnay-based white wine produced by Louis Jadot. The grapes come from the Saint-Romain, a small village whose soils are predominantly made up of limestone and clay. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, believing that this improves oak integration and helps provide greater texture. Following the fermentation, the wine is matured in casks for around 12 months before bottling.
